Azio Beauty is a DTC skincare brand. Jonathan Penna, co-founder, runs paid acquisition with Meta as the primary growth channel.

Before working with Statiq, Azio handled all static design in-house. The team had ideas and budget: but internal capacity capped how many ads they could ship per week, which directly capped how much they could spend on Meta.

What was going wrong?

Azio had the offers, the budget, and the testing strategy. What they didn't have was the production velocity to execute it. Their in-house design process became the bottleneck: every new market segment, persona, or angle they wanted to test was waiting in a queue, and the spend ceiling moved with it.

The Solution

How Statiq turned it around

Statiq became Azio's static creative engine. We took ownership of concept development, copy, and design,  and we built the system around it. Jonathan brings the segments and offers he wants to test; our team translates those into angles, ships the creative, and uses what wins to direct the next round. The architecture Azio runs around our output: validate everything in static first, then scale only the proven angles into video.

Month 1

Onboarding & framework

Established brand parameters, brief process, and creative cadence. Statiq took over all static production from the in-house team and set the testing rhythm.

Month 2

Cadence & iteration

Brief Wednesday, first versions Friday, tweaks, launch the following Monday. A 5-day cycle from idea to live ads, repeating week after week.

Month 3+

Static as the validation layer

Every new segment, persona, and angle gets pressure-tested in static before it touches video budget. Winners get scaled across formats. Static became the cheapest, fastest way for Azio to find what works: driving down cost per test by ~80%.

The Results

Velocity became the unlock. Increasing the number of ads produced per week translated directly into more Meta spend and more revenue. A handful of Statiq statics now carry the weight of the account. Jonathan attributes between $300K and $400K of spend to just a few winning concepts.
