VKTRY Gear is fast-growing performance gear brand, known for their patented carbon fiber insoles that help athletes jump higher and run faster.
Before partnering with Statiq, VKTRY Gear had already achieved significant traction, generating $2M+ in annual revenue with a monthly Meta ad spend hovering around $150K-$200K.
What was going wrong?
Despite strong product-market fit and a solid customer base, VKTRY was struggling to scale their paid acquisition profitably.
Their in-house team was producing lots of videos, which were driving revenue, but take too long to produce. The brand was nowhere near enough to keep up with the demands of Meta’s algorithm. Winning videos would burn out within 2 weeks, and their production was getting slower.
